Course Objective
The main objective of this course is to develop students’ communicative competence in English within academic and professional business contexts. It aims to equip third-year Economics students with the language, vocabulary, grammatical knowledge, and communication skills needed to understand and discuss key business and economic concepts, interpret authentic business information, communicate effectively in professional situations, and produce clear spoken and written texts.
Through authentic materials and task-based activities, students will develop their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills while gaining confidence in using English in contexts related to finance, accounting, auditing, marketing, management, data analysis, employability, entrepreneurship, and international business.
